Plump-Out Project: P90x

Friends of mine introduced me to the P90X exercise program which I will be trying next week. P90x is a home exercise program developed by Tony Horton that promises to make you lose weight in 90 days. It consists of 12 sweat-inducing, muscle-pumping exercises designed to transform your body from regular to ripped. The 12 exercises include Chest & Back, Plyometrics, Shoulders and arms, Yoga X, Legs and Back, Kenpo X, X Stretch, Core Synergetics, Chest, Shoulders & Triceps, Back & Biceps, Cardio X and Ab Ripper X. Based on reviews and client testimonials, it looks impressive. Will probably start with the Yoga X and the Cardio X or the Kenpo X.
