I have been subscribed to What To Expect newsletters and have been finding it very useful. I started my subscription since I was pregnant and have been getting weekly updates from them. Simple stuff like what to expect, what to do, and basic questions are being answered by the site and the community. I also get to participate in forums and get to read experiences of other moms.
A week ago, one of the suggestions of the newsletter or website was to have our baby engaged in Tummy Time exercises to strengthen the baby’s neck and to exercise baby’s arms and legs. Today, we decided to have Warren engage in his first tummy time exercise. Basically, you have your baby lie on his belly.
