When you get married, one of the things that you have to sort out early on is where to spend the holidays. Hubby and I decided that for the 24h of December, we would drop by at my parent’s place (Chua side) but do Christmas mass and Noche Buena with his family. This year, Noche Buena was made special as this is Warren’s 1st Christmas. Here’s the Noche Buena spread –
ON THE TABLE
Pat Po Kue
Definitely a winner! The rice is sticky and moist and had loads of chorizos.
Lloyd’s Ribs
So instead of making and marinating the ribs from scratch, we just decided to buy Lloyd’s ribs. Surprisingly, it came out soft, juicy and tasty.
Spaghetti Carbonara
Cooked by Grace.
We also had sushi and sashimis. Now, how do you go a diet this Holidays?
