A simple lunch at my parent’s place with food ordered from Choi’s Kitchen –

Dinner was spent at Tao Yuen with hubby’s family. On the table is shabu-shabu, among others. Nothing like a good bowl of soup to nurse a starting cold. The secret to a good shabu-shab? Freshly made ingredients and yummy sauce.

Night ended with us being entertained by the dragon and lion dance.

    The herbs restaurants use in mniakg soups for hotpot can be not safe for customers with health problems due it incress high blood presure and heart contions. One customer gotten ill from eating Mala Hotpot every week develop high blood presure and almost lost his eyes sight.Herbs is use in medical and chefs only thought it taste good in food.Richard
