Warren Update: 6 months Old!

12 Mar

Warren turned 6 months today! 🙂

As we have promised to him, we brought him to a new place this Sunday. We brought him to see MOA (Mall of Asia) along Roxas Boulevard. For breakfast, we first wanted to try out Gerry’s Grill. We asked the lady in front if they serve breakfast and she said YES. Initially, I thought she was going to open the door for me seeing that I was carrying Warren in my arms. Instead, she just opened and went straight to their counter. Good thing, one of my hands was free. Otherwise, the door might have hit us both. When we sat down, we were informed that breakfast was served only till 10AM and it was already 1030AM. I was so pissed we walked out of the restaurant. Looking across, we saw Xin Wang Hongkong Cafe and decided to give it a try. We were not disappointed.

We ordered quite a lot for breakfast. It must be because I was kinda pissed off with the Gerry’s Grill across. The total bill was only PHP990.00. Not bad, huh? Check out how much food we ordered!

Warren was humming it up for the cameras –

We wanted to take Warren to MOA because we wanted him to try the carousel. The ticket was PHP50 / head. Hubby and I got 1 each and Warren was free. Surprisingly, he was able to sit on top of the horse.

Lunch was at my parent’s place. Today is also Kuanima‘s (Buddha’s) birthday. To celebrate, my aunt cooked vegetarian food for the family. Yummy! We even had veggie meat that looked like hongma on kuapao bread.

Since it was Warren’s 6th month birthday, we decided to do a mini-celebration for dinner. We bought some food from Banana Leaf (Total bill is PHP2100.00 w/ a 15% discount courtesy of using Citibank card) and had food contributions from Quezon City Sports Club and lechon bought from Hecky’s.
