H tried to recreate the Curry Crab we had in Somboon, Thailand. Although it wasn’t exactly the same, his version was equally yummy! Couldn’t stop eating rice when chowing down on his yellow curry crab. He also made Tom Yum Goong and Red curry chicken (sauce separated so the kids have something to eat).

Yellow Curry Crab
We got the de-shelled crabs from Goldcoast Marine which is located along Wilson Street near Cold Storage. It was roughly Php100 per 100 grams. We got around 600grams.
They sell fresh and frozen seafood. Likewise, they have a few Australian frozen meat.
